(Driving a Client / Errands)

Use this when:
- You drive a client somewhere
- You run errands for a client in your car
👉 Submit same day or within 48 hours

2. ⏱ Travel Time Between Clients (Same Day Shifts)

Use this when:
You go from one client directly to another
Example: Client A → Client B👉 Submitted biweekly
(Sunday before payroll)

3. OLD EXISTING Mileage Policy(EMPLOYEES HIRED BEFORE 4/29/2026 USE THIS)
